Just a quick reminder for all of you Atlanta folks out there about the “Enchanted Creatures” Show tonight (and tonight ONLY) at Mattress Factory Lofts.
300 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, unit 103
Atlanta, GA 30312
I and three of my artworks will be there with tons of other talented artists, painted models, and a violinist! The response to the show announcements was huge, so there will be quite a crowd. The show starts at about 8 and runs until midnight, so come on over and support your local art scene!!
Hello again!
Wow, it has been a FANTASTICALLY long time since I’ve made a proper update. Anyhow, there is new work on the site: new silverpoint (been here a while, but just now posting about it), skulls and more skulls, and Dryad 5. There have been more uploads than that since the last post I made, but you’ll just have to look for them
Exciting stuff: I will be participating in the Enchanted Creatures Art Show on Feb 26th at the Mattress Factory Lofts gallery. There are a TON of local artists who will be there, exhibiting for ONE NIGHT ONLY!!! Don’t miss it!
Also, I will be at Gen Con Indy this year! If you plan on going, stop by my table in the art show. Say hello. Buy a print. Support a starving artist
Okay, so I wasn’t actually dead. Just busy.
First of all, I have been doing a ton of freelance work. Most of it hasn’t been published yet, so I can’t post it here until that happens. I do, however, have a few new pieces to show: Great Old One, Stryxis, Unravel, and Zodiac Mage.
I have been doing a lot of work for Fantasy Flight Games lately, on their Rogue Trader titles, the Call of Cthulhu LCG, and I just wrapped up some more card art for the Warhammer: Invasion LCG. I also finished work on the first book for Emerald City Expeditions’ Oz: Dark and Terrible, that will be out just in time for GenCon this year.
Speaking of conventions, I just got back from Origins Game Fair last week. Overall, it was a fun show. It was much smaller than I expected - being used to mega-conventions like Gen Con and Dragon*Con. I met a bunch of great artists and got to hang out with friends from past events. I am thinking of coming back next year
My convention schedule for the rest of the year is pretty short: I will be at Gen Con Indy, August 5th-8th, and Dragon*Con, September 3rd-6th, here in Atlanta (its a DEFINITE this year - I won’t miss that show again!). I may also pick up a few smaller cons, but we shall see. Stay Tuned!!
